k365 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and k365 ("k365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at k365.onl. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the k365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the k365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the k365 platform and close your account. k365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a k365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. k365 strictly prohibits use by minors. We reserve the right to require age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You are accessing k365 as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing k365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering or using k365.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of k365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from k365 via a self-exclusion request.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

k365 operates on a one-account-per-person basis. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access k365 gaming services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

Your k365 account credentials are personal and must not be disclosed to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your k365 account, you must notify k365 support immediately via live chat or ticket. k365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.3 Verification

k365 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require you to provide identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals, lifting deposit limits, or continuing account access. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by k365 may result in account restriction or closure. Verification requests are conducted in good faith for the purpose of fraud prevention, age verification, and compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

k365 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are set by k365 and displayed in the cashier section of your account. k365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources or from payment methods in names other than the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. k365 processes withdrawal requests in PKR within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. k365 reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any fees charged by a payment provider in connection with a withdrawal are the responsibility of the User.

4.3 Currency

The k365 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion fees incurred outside the k365 platform are entirely the responsibility of the User and are not covered by k365.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or entering a game on k365, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that market or game type, as published within the relevant section of the k365 platform. General provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. k365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• k365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to technical error, and to recalculate settlement accordingly.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of k365 is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure described in Section 9.
• Live game outcomes (casino, crash games, dice) are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures. k365 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within each market or game.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

k365 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are issued to a single eligible account only. Attempts to claim multiple accounts to obtain additional bonus value constitute prohibited conduct under Section 7.
• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the wagering requirements attached to the specific promotion before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• k365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Opening or operating more than one k365 account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the k365 platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Attempting to exploit errors, technical malfunctions, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Using k365 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing k365 on behalf of a third party or syndicate;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account restriction measures.

k365 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with any investigation of prohibited conduct. In cases of suspected criminal activity, k365 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k365 platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interface design, and odds data – is the exclusive intellectual property of k365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use k365 platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any k365 content without the express prior written consent of k365.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if k365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

k365's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k365 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service interruptions may periodically affect platform availability. k365 will not be liable for financial loss resulting from platform unavailability.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, or bonus application must be raised with k365 support within 30 days of the relevant event. k365 will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate its decision to the User. The decision of k365 is final with respect to all gaming-related disputes.

10. Responsible Gaming

k365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All users are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits – daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds deposited;
• Session Time Reminders – alerts notifying you of time spent on the platform;
• Loss Limits – limits on net losses within a specified period;
• Cool-Off Periods – temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion – permanent removal of access to the k365 platform.

11. Privacy

Data is shared only with payment processors, verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required for lawful platform operation.

12. Amendments

k365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email to the registered account address or through an on-platform notification. Amendments take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately in cases of legal or regulatory necessity. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the k365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k365's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence. You acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to regulatory restrictions in Pakistan, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of k365 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. k365 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
